Flowers

I have always loved Georgia O’Keeffe’s work and after seeing her exhibition at the Tate in 2016, I decided to paint my own flowers. I have always taken lots of close-up pictures of flowers and live very near a large park, so had plenty to work from. This series is ongoing as every now and then I just feel like painting flowers, plus I normally exhibit in the annual Beckenham Place park Flower Show art exhibition, so paint pieces for this.
